God in impossible situations. (Part 1)

He loves to do miracles....

Today, as i went about my day after getting some work done, thoughts started to cross my mind.

and here's what they

were like;

God loves to do miracles. God loves impossible situations because He loves to do impossible things. He actually does...

Have you ever faced a situation that felt completely impossible? No way out, no hope in sight? The book of Genesis shows us time and again that God specialises in stepping into those very moments.🥰

Here’s a closer look at some of these defining moments and what they reveal about God’s character:

  1. Creation (Genesis 1:1-3) From a formless void, God spoke the universe into existence. This isn’t just about the origins of the world, it’s a profound statement about God’s power to bring structure and meaning out of nothingness. In our own lives, those moments of emptiness or uncertainty might be the very places where God is preparing to create something new.
  2. Noah and the Flood (Genesis 6-9) When humanity spiraled into corruption, God didn’t abandon it entirely. Through Noah, He preserved a remnant and offered a second chance. This story balances judgment with hope, showing that even when consequences unfold, God carves out paths for renewal. It’s a reminder that our failures don’t have to be the end of the story.
  3. Abraham and Sarah’s Son (Genesis 18:1-15, 21:1-7) A child born to a couple well past their prime might sound improbable, but Isaac’s arrival fulfilled a promise that seemed laughable at first. This narrative underscores God’s reliability, His timing and methods often challenge our logic, yet they deliver in ways we couldn’t foresee. It prompts us to consider where we’ve dismissed hope prematurely.
  4. Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 19) The fiery end of these cities highlights God’s intolerance for unchecked wickedness, but the rescue of Lot reveals a quieter thread of mercy. Even in judgment, God responds to the pleas of the faithful. It’s a complex picture, one that forces us to wrestle with justice and grace, and how they might intersect in our own circumstances.
  5. Joseph’s Rise (Genesis 37, 39-41) Sold into slavery by his own brothers, Joseph’s life took a trajectory no one could have predicted, least of all him. Yet, from a prison cell to a position of power in Egypt, his story demonstrates God’s ability to weave purpose through pain. It’s a striking example of how our lowest points might be part of a larger design we can’t yet see.

These stories reveal a God who brings light to darkness, hope to despair, and order to chaos. If your life feels impossible right now, trust the One who can start something new no matter the odds.

The Lord is just

He, who reigns from Above, will see us through all our hearty desires.
